The Goulburn Aquatic and Leisure Centre (GALC) features a range of facilities for competitive swimming, leisure, general community use and major regional events, including an eight-lane 25-metre indoor swimming pool, program pool, warm water pool, splash pad and gymnasium.
YOUR ROLE
Lead the operations of one of the region’s premier community facilities and make a positive impact on the health, wellbeing and recreation of the Goulburn Mulwaree community.
As Aquatic Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operation of the Goulburn Aquatic and Leisure Centre, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality aquatic services, programs and customer experiences.
This leadership role oversees aquatic operations, staff development, facility performance, compliance, risk management and financial outcomes, while fostering a positive, customer-focused culture and driving continuous improvement across the Centre.
YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT (for eligible employees)
- An annual salary between $120,152 - $135,226 dependent upon skills and experience, inclusive of 12.5% superannuation
- Work an open spread of hours including weekend and public holiday work, based on a 38-hour week.
