We are looking for casual Leisure Attendants to fulfill the Aquatics Instructor - Coach role. This role is responsible for developing training plans that focus on stroke correction, endurance, speed and training techniques in all four competitive strokes for students who would like to continue their development beyond the Swim & Survive program.

We are looking for engaged and proactive lifeguards to oversee the seasonal operation of our outdoor pools. Our outdoor pool season will last until the 31st of March 2026.

The Advisor, Athlete Wellbeing & Engagement (AW&E) will join our growing Para Unit. Helping to support future cycle Para athletes to effectively navigate the critical transition points throughout and beyond their sport career.

The Coach Advisor, Para Unit will works closely with the NSWIS High Performance Coach Advisor and AIS/NSWIS Coach Development Lead to adopt best practice principles and ensure the Para Unit coach development activity is closely aligned with coach development activity across NSWIS sport programs.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our Key Venues team at BLCS as an Activity Officer (Duty Manager) on a permanent, full-time basis. If you have a Pool Lifeguard Certificate, aquatic and leisure industry experience, good time management and leadership skills, then this is the role for you!
