Are you a passionate leader with a flair for volleyball? Do you enjoy motivating young athletes and building successful teams? We are seeking a dynamic Head of Volleyball to drive our volleyball program to the next level of excellence and infuse energy and innovation into the program.

Develop, plan and execute objectives in line with the School’s strategy that will establish the School as a leader in Cricket programs. 

You will design and implement training programs revolving around the strength, conditioning, power and movement of NSW Swifts and QBE Swifts Academy athletes to maximise performance and minimise injury. This position also contribute to the strength rehabilitation program, overseen by the NSW Swifts Head Physiotherapist.

The Head of Wellbeing is employed to oversee the participation and deliver focused Wellbeing and Education initiatives to members of the NRL Playing Squad. The Club Wellbeing Program focuses on Engagement, Mental Health, Families, Career & Education, Personal Development and Integrity.
