Mornington District Basketball Association (MDBA) is seeking to appoint a new General Manager to lead the organisation and deliver on its strategic priorities.

Following 11.5 years of dedicated service, our current General Manager has accepted a new career opportunity, leaving the Association in a strong position for its next phase of growth and development. This presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated and capable leader to build on a solid foundation and continue driving the organisation forward.

Working closely with the Committee of Management, the successful applicant will lead a busy and diverse not-for-profit community sporting organisation. The role requires a highly motivated professional with strong leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement and organisational skills.

Applicants should possess relevant experience in management, administration and team leadership. An understanding of the basketball landscape, community sport sector and volunteer-based organisations will be highly regarded.
