About the role
The National Executive Officer (NEO) provides strategic and operational leadership to Polocrosse Australia, ensuring the effective management and administration of the organisation in alignment with the strategic direction set by the Board of Directors.
The NEO is responsible for driving the delivery of high-quality programs and services, financial sustainability, good governance, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence across the sport nationally.
This is a pivotal leadership role, working collaboratively with the Board, State Representatives, and other key stakeholders to advance the organisation's strategic priorities and support the sustainable growth and future success of polocrosse in Australia.
We’re looking for someone who can:
- Strategic leadership - lead the implementation of the organisation’s strategic plan
- Governance and board support - support strong governance and Board operations
- Financial and corporate management - manage finances, budgets, grants and sponsorships
- Stakeholder engagement - build relationships with members, clubs, state associations, partners, and government agencies
- Participation and development - oversee participation, development and growth initiatives
- Integrity, safeguarding and risk - ensure compliance with integrity, safeguarding and risk management requirements
