Our opportunity:
The key focus areas of this role include:
- Plan and deliver fitness classes to achieve short term and long-term outcomes.
- Provide supervision and guidance to patrons to ensure the delivery of a safe and high-quality program.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to establish a motivating environment.
- Build and maintain a professional and positive work culture that promotes sharing of ideas and to support continuous improvement of service delivery.
About you:
We’re looking for Group Fitness Instructors to join our team at Manly Andrew ‘Boy’ Charlton Aquatic Centre. You’ll bring proven experience within the Fitness Industry and passion for making a difference in our community by helping people achieve their fitness goals.
