The Gen32 Program is a part-time coaching and learning opportunity approximately 1 to 1.5 days per week until 31 December 2026. Coaches will be embedded within QAS and play a key role in identifying, attracting, and developing the next generation of Paralympians. This role will require occasional interstate travel and weekend work.
