About the team - The Performance Support Networks team is a multidisciplinary group that provides technical expertise, leadership, and strategic direction for performance support across the high performance (HP) sport system. Comprising highly experienced and respected leaders in the field, the team works to foster collaborative and cohesive networks that deliver world-leading practices - supporting Australian athletes to Win Well through integrated and impactful performance support.
About the role - The National Performance Support Lead (Strength and Conditioning) will play a pivotal role in connecting performance support practitioners across the Australian high performance sport system. Working in close collaboration with National Sporting Organisations (NSOs), National Institute Network (NIN) partners, and Games Partners - including the Australian Olympic Committee, Paralympics Australia, and Commonwealth Games Australia - they will drive world-leading practice in performance support. Through an interdisciplinary approach, the Leads will ensure that Australian high performance athletes and coaches are supported to Win Well, fostering excellence in performance support.

This position is being offered as an ONGOING role with Part-Time hours at 0.4 FTE.
