The IT System and Application Support role will assist in the support, maintenance and management of Technology Groups IT enterprise systems and applications in support of the broader ASC’s organisational strategies. The role will provide advice, support, and deliver industry best practices in On-Premises and Cloud service offerings for ICT system

The Director, Platform Services will manage and lead the Platform Services service tower within Technology Group overseeing complex technology projects and programs and the team of professionals who undertake the development, testing, release, deployment and delivery of those Projects and Programs.

The Director, Enterprise & IT Support Services will manage and lead the Enterprise & IT Support level 1, 2 & 3 service towers within Technology Group and the team of professionals who maintain and support the operational aspects of IT Services and Service Offerings Technology Group provide to the broader ASC that align with organisational strategy

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Enterprise & IT Support Services, you will be responsible for providing expert technical leadership across all Enterprise and IT Support Services managed and maintained systems, applications, networks and infrastructure that supports the efficient and effective delivery of ASC business objectives.
