The General Manager Game Development role is a full-time position providing leadership and administrative support to the NWSF Game Development programs and NWS Spirit FC Representatives programs (via a memorandum of understanding between NWSF and NWS Spirit FC).
The General Manager Game Development is responsible for the NWSF Game Development Department and its staff. The Game Development Department delivers coach and player development programs, develops resources to assist local clubs, delivers school holiday clinics and tournaments, themed rounds, manages website and social media content, and annual functions.
Via agreement, NWSF provides administrative support to NWS Spirit FC. The General Manager Game Development, and staff, assist NWS Spirit FC with administrative functions including; budgeting, project and operations planning, Football NSW application processes and club licensing compliance, player and coach contracting and registration, Board reporting and logistics, website and social media content creation, home match day event planning and delivery, annual functions, and development program logistics (for example, the winter academy).
