Swish Swimming is inviting an experienced swim school professional to lead customer success, growth, and culture while remaining closely connected to our swim school environment in Singapore.

Lead a high-performing, Australian-influenced swim school in Singapore with full P&L responsibility.

This hands-on General Manager role owns financial performance, customer experience, growth, and culture, supported by the coaching leadership team overseeing coach recruitment and training.

Ideal for a senior swim school or education operator ready to take full business ownership while experiencing the thrill of working in Singapore.

Located in Dempsey Hill, Singapore, Swish Swimming is an award-winning swim school founded and owned by an Australian who loves the water and intrinsically knows that if you can make early swim experiences a true joy, then you have the most successful, positive and trauma free outcomes.

Since 2014, we have grown into a trusted community of families and coaches.

Our philosophy is strongly influenced by Australian learn-to-swim culture where strong, confident swimming is what parents demand for their children, regardless of mandated lessons.

THE ROLE

This is a senior on-site leadership role with full P&L accountability.

You are responsible for revenue, costs, profitability, customer experience, operational performance, and long-term sustainability of the swim school.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Full responsibility for revenue, costs, budgets, forecasts, and profitability
  • Optimise enrolments, pricing, staffing, and class utilisation
  • Lead customer experience and retention
  • Lead a customer service team of 4-6 people
  • Lead a marketing manager and agency
  • Recruit and manage non-coaching staff
  • Oversee operations, safety, compliance, and facilities
  • Drive continuous improvement and support expansion

RELATIONSHIPS

Internal:

  • Reports to the Managing Director / Owner
  • Collaborates closely with:
    • Coaching & People Resources Managers
    • Facilities team

External:

  • Families and swimmers
  • Community and event partners
  • Vendors and suppliers
  • Potential strategic partners to support revenue growth

AUSTRALIAN SWIMMING EXPERIENCE (STRONGLY PREFERRED)

  • Experience in Australian-style swim schools or programmes
  • Strong understanding of Australian learn-to-swim culture and parent expectations

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

  • Salary up to SGD 9,000 per month (approx. AUD 120k p.a.) + bonus
  • Flight & visa provided
  • Two weeks accommodation provided
  • 5-day work week (weekends required)
