At BUMP Health & Fitness, we're more than just a gym, we're a supportive community built for women, by women. We help women feel strong, confident, and unstoppable through expert-led Reformer Pilates, Strength & Conditioning, genuine care, and connection at every stage of life.
We're launching our newest club in Melbourne's West at a prestigious sporting venue in March 2026, and we're looking for an exceptional Club Manager to lead from day one.
About the Venue
Our new state-of-the-art facility features:
- Dedicated Reformer Pilates studio with 12-16 reformer beds
- Strength & Conditioning training area
- Recovery room and private treatment rooms
- On-site creche available
- Excellent parking and public transport access
- Located within a major sporting precinct to be announced
Your Role
As founding Club Manager, you'll:
- Drive membership growth through sales, lead follow-up, and exceptional member engagement
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences and oversee daily operations
- Lead and mentor a team of Reformer Pilates and Strength & Conditioning instructors
- Build strategic partnerships with health practitioners and community groups across Footscray, Maribyrnong, Yarraville, and Seddon
- Manage local marketing, social media, and community events
- Teach Strength & Conditioning classes and provide 1:1 consultations with comprehensive pre/postnatal training provided
About You
Essential:
- Exceptional communicator with strong sales and customer service skills
- Positive, energetic attitude that inspires staff and members
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter capable of sound decision-making in fast-paced environments
- Genuine passion for women's health and wellness
- Current Cert III and/or IV in Fitness
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Highly Desirable:
- Experience managing boutique studios, Pilates facilities, or premium gyms
- Reformer Pilates certification
- Experience with pre-opening launches
- Understanding of Melbourne's West community
