Adelaide University Sport and Fitness is seeking an experienced and passionate leader to oversee the strategic management and delivery of our hockey program.

This role is ideal for someone with strong coaching credentials and a commitment to community engagement. You’ll serve as Head Coach for the Men’s Premier League team, provide support to the Women’s Program, and lead the Junior Development pathway. In addition, you’ll work closely with the AU Hockey Committee to ensure operational sustainability, compliance, and growth, while fostering a positive and inclusive club culture.

The position requires relevant experience in high-performance coaching and club management, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to work autonomously. A tertiary qualification in sports management or equivalent experience, along with advanced coaching accreditation, is highly desirable.
