  • Leadership & empowerment – lead and inspire direct reports and broader teams to deliver on organisational goals and priorities.
  • Affiliate engagement & education – overseeing training, resources and initiatives that build affiliate capability through the Affiliate Learning Centre.
  • Operational excellence – ensuring efficient processes, strong partnerships, and high-quality service delivery across all shared service functions.
  • Financial management & reporting – managing budgets, contracts and reporting to ensure accountability, compliance and cost-effectiveness.

What you will bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Sport Management or a related field.
  • At least five years’ experience in a leadership role overseeing shared or customer-focused service functions.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver service models that drive efficiency, quality and community impact.

  • Experience managing budgets, reporting and contracts to ensure effective and compliant operations.
  • A customer-first mindset and genuine passion for community sport and improving member experiences.
  • Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).

What we offer:

  • Flexibility: Hybrid working arrangements and recognition that our work doesn’t always fit a 9-to-5 schedule.
  • Exclusive Perks: Free parking onsite, gym access, tickets to Melbourne Vixens home games, and partner discounts.
