About the team – The Records Management team, within the Governance & Risk branch is responsible for managing the lifecycle of ASC records and compliance with legal requirements. The team also has an obligation to support the broader governance and management of ASC information to ensure it supports business operations and strategic goals. 

About the role – You will be responsible for supporting a broad range of internal support services and technical activities which include, but not limited to, records and information governance in our modernised record-keeping system, Microsoft SharePoint. You should exhibit solid knowledge of Mircosoft SharePoint and Purview and the ability to create a positive digital platform experience for ASC staff. 

About you – 

  • Work with the Senior Records Officer to formulate and execute best practice records and information management in SharePoint and Purview.
  • Design and develop information governance solutions for SharePoint contributing to the growth of the platform’s capability.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues around the management of records and information, and providing solutions, to assist ASC staff.
  • Support end-users by providing technical support and training, in consultation with Technology Group.

This position is offered as a FIXED TERM position until 1 May 2026 with the possibility of being extended or made ongoing.
