Provide team leadership, including provision of resources, supervision and direction, required to effectively manage the day-to-day operation of the centre, programs, services and teams.

Council is seeking a motivated person with a can-do attitude to join a dynamic leisure and aquatic service. This permanent part time role offers a great work life balance. The successful applicant will have previous experience in the administration and leadership within a leisure facility, completed a working with Children Check and hold the following qualifications: lifeguard, First Aid, CPR, and a qualification in Technical Pool Operations or Fitness. A willingness to undertake training will also be looked upon favourably.

Monday: 2:00pm-8:30pm (6 hours / 30 minute break)
Tuesday; 2:00pm-8:30pm (6 hours / 30 minute break)
Every second Friday: 5:30am-2:00pm (8 hours / 30 minute break)
Sunday: 7:30am-6:30pm (10 hours / 1 hour break)

Wednesday: 2:00pm-8:30pm (6 hours / 30 minute break)
Thursday: 2:00pm-8:30pm (6 hours / 30 minute break)
Friday: 2:00pm-8:30pm (6 hours / 30 minute break)
Saturday: 7:30am-6:30pm (10 hours / 1 hour break)

Remuneration:
base salary commencing at $76,426 (pro-rata) gross per annum
+ 12% superannuation
+ performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary
