The Opportunity
The Recreation and Open Space Department is looking for an appropriately qualified Senior Recreation and Open Space Projects Officer x 2. Reporting to the Coordinator Recreation and Open Space Projects, this role is integral to supporting and coordinating the delivery of sport, recreation and open space projects across the municipality.

About You
To be considered for this role, you will have the following:
- Tertiary qualification in recreation management, sports administration or a similar discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of sport and recreation services and facilities in a local government setting
- Experience in capital works projects across the project life, including project proposal, scope, planning and design, funding, delivery and management.
- Demonstrated experience in working with diverse and challenging communities, including working closely with community sporting and recreation clubs/organisations.
