• Pay Rate: $28.78 per hour + super

Maroondah Golf Courses are seeking a Part time Customer Service Officer at Ringwood and Dorset Golf.

Reporting to the Ringwood and Dorset Golf Coordinators, the Customer Service role will contribute to the teams delivering the best golfing and customer experience in Melbourne.

The successful candidates will: 

• Possess a willingness to learn, have good communication and time management skills.
• Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customer service;
• Possess a “can do” attitude whilst working as part of as team;
• Ability to work a flexible roster including some weekend and after hours (early morning and evening) work;
• General knowledge and understanding of golf would be beneficial but not essential.
• Demonstrated proficiency in computer use, including familiarity with common software applications and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
