Golf Australia is seeking a strategic Marketing Lead to drive national participation initiatives. This full-time role leads end-to-end campaigns across key programs, working with internal teams and partners to deliver targeted, insight-led marketing that supports the growth of golf in Australia.

This role is an exciting opportunity to drive positive change and work closely with the Executive Director in supporting the execution of the AGF fundraising strategy. This role is instrumental in daily operations and acts as an enabler in the growth of philanthropy in golf.

This position is responsible for the efficient and effective leadership of the Golf Course Customer Serve Team and overview of the on-course maintenance contractor. It is vital for coordinating a number of duties within the branch including the pro shop retail, contractor management, driving range & course presentation.

The position is responsible for the provision of front desk and shop related duties to all Golf Course players and members. This includes general reception and customer service duties including phone enquiries, cash handling, course bookings, selling memberships and general administrative duties relating to the role.
