As the Head of Rowing, you will provide strategic direction and leadership across all aspects of the college’s rowing program from training schedules and regattas to camps and community engagement. The role works closely with students, coaches, and the Rowing Parent Support Group to foster a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and school spirit.
