Reporting to the Head of Rowing, coaches will deliver on-water and land-based training, support athletes across Junior, Inter and Senior squads.
This hands-on role supports day-to-day venue operations and requires availability outside regular hours. You will oversee venue set up and pack down, engage additional event resources as required, coordinate Venue Event Control during events and liaise with clients to manage expectations.
