About the team –

The REST Hub drives practical, evidence-informed solutions to optimise performance and wellbeing. With a strong focus on collaboration, innovation, and system-wide impact, the team works closely with the HP sport system to build capability and support the implementation of best practice strategies.

If you're passionate about performance support and ready to contribute to system-wide impact, we encourage you to apply.
About you –
You will ideally have:
- Postgraduate qualifications and/or equivalent experience in sport science, physiology, sports medicine, or a related field.
- A sound understanding of the Australian high performance sport system, including its structure, stakeholders, and operational environment.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proven ability to engage and influence others to drive strategic outcomes across organisations and locations.
- High levels of initiative, adaptability, and self-motivation in dynamic settings.
- Expertise in at least one of the REST Hub pillars: Recovery, Environment, Sleep, or Travel (Note: Current strategic priority is on the Environment pillar, with a focus on heat preparation and management).
