  • 38 hours per week Monday to Friday
  • Located at Ulladulla Leisure Centre

About the Role

This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Ulladulla Leisure Centre staff, finances and assets and overseeing the delivery of dynamic and commercially orientated programs and activities. This includes:

  • Fostering a safe, efficient, cost effective and customer focused culture at Ulladulla Leisure Centre within available resources
  • Ensuring processes and protocols are in place for Ulladulla Leisure Centre's compliance with all relevant legislation and Council policies and ensure that risks are managed
  • Overseeing the efficient operations and activities at Milton Village Pool and Ulladulla Sea Pool

Being available to be on-call and complete reasonable overtime is a requirement of this position.

About You

To be successful in the position, you will have:

  • Certificate IV Community Recreation (or equivalent)
  • Class C Drivers Licence
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate
  • Previous management experience in the Aquatic or Leisure Industry
  • A current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
