About the Role
This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Bay & Basin Leisure Centre staff, finances and assets and overseeing the delivery of dynamic and commercially orientated programs and activities. This includes:
- Fostering a safe, efficient, cost effective and customer focused culture within available resources
- Ensuring processes and protocols are in place for compliance with all relevant legislation and Council policies and ensure that risks are managed

Being available to be on-call and complete reasonable overtime is a requirement of this position.
About You
To be successful in the position, you will have:
- Certificate IV Community Recreation (or equivalent)
- Class C Drivers Licence
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate
- Previous management experience in the Aquatic or Leisure Industry
- Proof of right to work in Australia
- A current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
