Your knowledge of aquatics and recreation industry guidelines and standards will be invaluable in ensuring compliance and maintaining a safe environment. You will have a proven track record of identifying risks and implementing effective controls to reduce risk in a leisure environment.
As an experienced trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training to Lifeguards and Duty Managers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
