The WAFL Head Coach works closely with the Head of Football, Reserves Coach, Assistant Coaches, IT/Analysis High-Performance Manager, Head Physiotherapist, Colts Coach, support staff and wider Football Club staff to lead and drive the creation of a positive learning, wellbeing and growth environment.

Seeking suitably qualified applicants for the role of FUTURES HEAD COACH with the West Perth Football Club. This role, working closely with our Colts Program, will implement a strategy that reflects the needs of the age group that aligns with the principles within our Colts Program and effectively lead our Futures Program to developmental success

Provide strategic leadership & operational excellence for Female Football and Female Football Academies for the West Perth Football Club. This position will be 0.6FTE and will require weekend work.
