This role is:
Responsible for implementing the Futures football program. This includes being responsible for specialised coaching and development of athletes in line with the Colts Talent Program
Coach the Futures on match days ensuring all match day strategies are in accordance with the rules, West Perth FC Colts strategies, game plan and objectives
Drives on-field success in the club program through development of skills, physical attributes, football knowledge, personal growth & self-esteem of all players
Establish, implement and coordinate appropriate training programs that maximises the development of all futures players
Embrace the West Perth FC philosophy of developing local talent (metro & regional districts) and promoting from within
Understand and consider cultural backgrounds and player welfare issues when making decisions that may affect player performance
