This role is:

• Responsible for implementing the Futures football program. This includes being responsible for specialised coaching and development of athletes in line with the Colts Talent Program
• Coach the Futures on match days ensuring all match day strategies are in accordance with the rules, West Perth FC Colts strategies, game plan and objectives
• Drives on-field success in the club program through development of skills, physical attributes, football knowledge, personal growth & self-esteem of all players
• Establish, implement and coordinate appropriate training programs that maximises the development of all futures players
• Embrace the West Perth FC philosophy of developing local talent (metro & regional districts) and promoting from within
• Understand and consider cultural backgrounds and player welfare issues when making decisions that may affect player performance
