Lead and grow O’Neills national grassroots teamwear sales division, managing a team of existing Business Development Executives while driving strategic partnerships, sales growth and customer success across Australia.
Lead and integrate Athletic Performance, Medical and Sports Science functions to maximise player availability, physical performance and return-to-performance outcomes. Responsible for high-performance program delivery, staff leadership, training loads, recovery, testing, nutrition and game day preparation aligned to the Reds game model.
The role exists to increase the number of Rugby players in New England by providing the necessary education and support of Clubs, Schools, Coaches, Match Officials and Administrators as well as appropriate recruitment and retention programs.
The Inclusion Manager will be responsible for all external facing community engagement inclusion initiatives and will strive to diversify rugby to ensure it reflects the communities in which we live.
