Responsible for recruitment, talent identification and player development, while creating clear pathways from schools and junior rugby into Colts, Grade Rugby and representative honours.
The Assistant Coach - Attack leads the development and delivery of the NSW Waratahs men’s attacking game, including attack systems, kicking strategy and player development. Working closely with the Head Coach and high-performance staff, the role drives performance, innovation and alignment across the program.
Supporting participation growth, affiliate development and local delivery outcomes across an allocated region on behalf of NSW Touch Football.
