The IDRU General Manager is the Executive Officer of Illawarra District Rugby Union, responsible for leading all operational, developmental, and administrative functions across senior and junior rugby in the Illawarra district.
Support the growth of female rugby across Australia by leading participation programs, developing players, coaches and officials, and working with Member Unions, schools and clubs to deliver national initiatives. This role combines strategy, program delivery, stakeholder engagement and workforce development to grow the community game.
