Easts Women’s Program is seeking an aspiring coach to lead the club’s second women’s team as part of our development pathway for the 2026 season.
This role is ideal for a motivated coach looking to grow within a supportive club environment while helping develop emerging female players and future first-grade talent.
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
Minimum NSW Level 1 Coaching Accreditation, or currently working towards it
Availability for Wednesday and Saturday training and match commitments
(Monday night availability is optional)
Experience coaching women’s and/or girls’ teams, or a strong interest in developing female athletes
Strong communication skills and a positive, inclusive coaching approach
Commitment to player development, skill progression, and club culture
Support will be provided through the club working closely with the Head of Women's Program, with opportunities for mentoring and further accreditation development.
Easts Women's program is unrivalled nationally for producing and attracting talent, we currently have 11 super rugby players and 6 Wallaroos in our program.
