TTA is seeking the services of an early career performance analyst to join their Paralympic Program. Reporting directly to the General Manager - National Paralympic Program and the National Performance Insights & Technology Lead and working in close collaboration with the National Head Coach (Para), the National Athlete & Coach Development Manager (Para), State Para Hub Coaches and other Paralympic Performance Services Team members, the Performance Analyst will support the high performance pathway with a specific focus on supporting the tactical preparation and skill development of athletes in the lead up to and during the LA 2028 Paralympic Games.

The Performance Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analysing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights aimed at improving athlete performance at international Para competitions, including the LA 2028 Paralympic Games.
