As a Strength & Conditioning Coach, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of world-class strength and conditioning programs aimed at maximising the physical performance of nationally categorised athletes within QAS High Performance Swimming and Wheelchair Rugby programs on the Sunshine Coast.
The Regional Para-Sport Talent Identification Officer will lead the identification, engagement, and connection of athletes eligible for Para sport, to relevant pathways and development opportunities across the Barwon Sports Academy, WestVic Academy of Sport, and South West Academy of Sport regional catchments.
