RLSNSW is seeking a casual Lifeguard to assist the Operations Manager with the day to day functionality of the Venues including lifeguard service provision, cleaning duties, pool and plant maintenance as well as contractor liaison.

The successful candidate will be expected to be experienced in plant room operations, water testing & chemistry, and Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) and to supervise the pool environment to ensure the highest standard of supervision and safety and to liaise and communicate in a positive manner with facility clients and community groups. You will also be required to effectively communicate any issues relating to the operations of the facility to the Aquatics Manager and provide them with all required reports and records. You will assist the clients and staff in the event of an emergency.
