The Opportunity

We have an opportunity for a dedicated and people-focused individual to design, implement and promote Aquatic Programs across all BVSC operated facilities. 

As a Aquatic Programs Team Leader, you will:

  • Design and implement Aquatic Programs at BVSC operated pools.
  • Coordinate the staffing and rostering of Aquatic Programs.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for facility and programs.
  • Instruct Aquatic Programs 

About You

We are seeking an individual who has demonstrated experience in the development, preparation, supervision, delivery and assessment of Aquatic Programs and holds a Certificate IV in Sport, Aquatics & Recreation (desirable).

You will have the following skills and experience;

  • Experience using Aquatic & Leisure Facilities Enterprise Management Systems (Envibe is desirable).
  • Demonstrated experience in the leadership, induction, training and supervision of aquatic program staff.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including the ability to liaise effectively with customers.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of software.
  • Four (4) years’ experience in the aquatic programs industry (indicative).

Benefits

This is a permanent, full-time position working 38 hours per week.

The total remuneration package for this position commences at $99,305.02 gross per annum, comprising of:

  • $1,705.10 per week base salary
  • $204.61 per week superannuation (calculated at 12%)
