Parramatta Eels Academy - Expressions of Interest: Coaching & Support Staff 2027

The Parramatta Eels Academy is inviting expressions of interest from experienced coaches, sports trainers, and strength and conditioning staff to join our pathways programs for the 2027 season.

Roles are available across:

• Harold Matthews Cup (U17 Boys)
• Lisa Fiaola Cup (U17 Girls)
• SG Ball Cup (U19 Boys)
• Tarsha Gale Cup (U19 Girls)

About The Program

Our Academy squads sit at the front end of the pathway into NRL and NRLW. The staff we bring in shape how young athletes train, recover, compete, and handle the pressure that comes with performing at this level. It is demanding work. It is also some of the most rewarding coaching and support work in the game.

What We Are Looking For

• Relevant accreditation for your discipline (Coaching, Sports Trainer, or S&C)
• Experience working with junior representative or elite junior athletes
• Availability across pre-season and the full competition window, including weekends
• Working With Children Check (NSW) and current first aid where applicable
• People who communicate well, hold standards, and genuinely care about athlete development
