About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you'll manage a portfolio of corporate partnerships, ensuring exceptional partner servicing and driving retention and growth. This is a relationship-focused role where you'll be the key contact for our partners, delivering on contractual obligations and identifying opportunities to maximise partnership value.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing corporate partnerships as the primary point of contact
- Conducting regular partner meetings and business reviews
- Coordinating delivery of partnership benefits and activations
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Identifying upselling and renewal opportunities
- Ensuring partner satisfaction and contractual compliance
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless partner experiences
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years' experience in partnership, account management, or sponsorship roles
- Proven track record in managing corporate relationships
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of partnership value
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in contract management and negotiation
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in sports industry or sponsorships is a plus
