The Club

The Windsor Wolves Junior Rugby League Club is one of the largest and most prestigious junior clubs in New South Wales. With over 900 players, +60 teams, and a dedicated army of 200+ volunteers, we are a cornerstone of the Hawkesbury community and a part of the Penrith Panthers (PDJRL) pathway.

We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Administration Officer to support the day-to-day operations of the club. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for Rugby League.

Core Responsibilities

  • Communications: Respond to all club emails, phone enquiries, Whatsapp, and Rugby League correspondence.
  • Registrations & Systems: Maintain player registrations, and membership records and accreditations in NRL Mysideline.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between PDJRL, NSWRL, and sponsors.
  • Logistics: Coordinate fixtures, game-day operations, training schedules, club events. 0rganise volunteers, coaches, managers, and committee members.
  • Commercial Operations: Oversee the operation of the Club’s canteen, and sales of club merchandise.
  • Marketing: Assist the Club’s Director of Marketing with social media updates and website content support
  • Accountability: Work within the agreed Rugby League budget – expenditure etc
  • Compliance: Ensure club policies and sporting association requirements are met.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous administration or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and email systems, Whatsapp, and NRL Mysideline website.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Experience in community sport (Rugby league preferred) or volunteer organisations is highly regarded.
  • Current Working with Children Check
