Position Overview

FOH Team Members will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and completing daily tasks at the club. FOH staff must be knowledgeable on all offerings at The Picklr and be able to effectively communicate with members and guests, both in person and over the phone. FOH Team Members are the first point of contact for members and guests. Ideal candidates are personable, well-organised and able to multi-task.

Overall Responsibilities

  • Handle check in process at the Front Desk
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Understand and able to explain all membership offerings and ways to play at The Picklr
  • Understand and able to run all core programs at The Picklr
  • Utilise club software programs (PlaybyPoint, SWISH, Delightree, Hubspot, Aircall, etc)
  • Complete POS transactions
  • Provided excellent customer service
  • Assist with club cleaning and maintenance
  • Complete assigned trainings on time

Qualifications

  • Ability to effectively and clearly explain memberships and programming offerings at The Picklr
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Ability to organise, create, and run Picklr programs
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficient with basic computer software (Word, Sheets, Excel, etc.)
  • Proficient with club software (PlaybyPoint, SWISH, Delightree, Hubspot, Aircall)
  • Friendly, professional, reliable
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to lift up to 15kg
  • Preferred sales experience and customer service experience of 1-2 years
  • Preferred knowledge of pickleball community and gameplay

  • RSA
  • First Aid
  • CPR
  • AED
  • Police Check
  • WWCC
