Waves Fitness and Aquatic Centre, located in the Hills Shire Council area, is looking for enthusiastic Casual Customer Service Receptionists to efficiently provide administrative and reception desk support. Our award-winning complex includes a 10-lane 50m outdoor Olympic-sized pool, additional 25m outdoor pool and two indoor learn to swim and leisure pools, along with a water play area.

What does this role look like:
- Carry out reception desk work area duties specified by the Senior Customer ServiceReceptionist/Team Leader.
- Carry out receipting and process booking requests as directed.
- Collate membership applications through record management systems.
- Ensure a high level of cleanliness/hygiene is maintained in the customer service & front entry areas
- Ensure daily operations are carried out in accordance with the Centre Operations Manual.
What are we seeking:
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Holds valid First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009)
- Working with Children’s Check (WWC)
Benefits of working with us: A salary of $38.33 per hour (including casual loading and excluding superannuation) and weekend penalty rates, paid weekly.
