The Head of Sport provides strategic leadership for Barker’s sport programs from Pre-K to Year 12, ensuring that every student has access to high-quality, inclusive and inspiring sporting opportunities.

Reporting to the Head of Cocurricular, the Head of Sport leads Barker’s sport vision, culture and delivery within the School’s whole-school cocurricular framework. The role is responsible for building programs that balance participation and performance, excellence and belonging, and ambition and wellbeing - all grounded in Christian values and a commitment to holistic education.
