The Opportunity
We’re looking for a highly motivated and engaging Partnerships Executive to join our Commercial team.
Reporting to the General Manager – Partnerships & Hospitality, you will play a key role in driving partner success, managing relationships, delivering best-in-class sponsorship outcomes, and contributing to commercial growth across our NRL and NRLW programs.
This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven role where no two days look the same, perfect for someone who thrives in a high-performance sporting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with major, minor, and corporate partners
- Oversee delivery of all sponsor benefits, including campaigns, activations, player appearances, events, and hospitality
- Collaborate with partners to align on marketing objectives and maximise value
- Support the acquisition and onboarding of new partners, including proposal development and pipeline management
- Drive sponsorship sales across allocated inventory (e.g. player sponsors, signage, and club assets)
- Contribute to major partnership sales alongside the GM – Partnerships & Hospitality
- Lead onboarding of new partners and development of tailored benefit frameworks
- Coordinate internally to ensure seamless delivery of all partnership obligations
- Develop and present end-of-season ROI reports and strategic planning sessions
- Support the planning and execution of corporate events with the Commercial and Events teams
- Deliver and manage game day activations and partner experiences
- Work cross-functionally to bring partner initiatives to life across the business
Who we’re looking for:
You’ll bring energy, drive, and a genuine passion for sport and partnerships, along with:
- Qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Experience in partnerships, sponsorship, or commercial relationship management
- Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail with strong organisational capability
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Commercial mindset with the ability to deliver against KPIs and revenue targets
- Proven success in managing and growing partner relationships
- Experience within sport, venues, or entetainment (highly regarded)

Sport doesn’t always fit neatly into business hours - and that’s part of the excitement. This role will involve weekend and game-day work and requires a high degree of flexibility around game days and events.
