We're looking for a Business Development Lead to spearhead our growth and take our competition to the next level.
The Role
As our BD Lead, you'll be the face of our brand, hunting for new opportunities and building lasting partnerships. You will be responsible for filling our leagues and scaling our corporate events division
Key responsibilities will include:
Lead Generation - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across corporate sectors and local communities
Partnerships - Building relationships with HR departments, community leaders and local businesses to promote our team-building and social sport offerings.
Marketing Collaboration - Working hand-in-hand with our marketing team to align outreach campaigns with sales targets and ensure consistent messaging
Pitching & Closing - Creating compelling proposals for corporate events and securing seasonal league registrations
Account Management - Nurturing existing relationships to ensure high retention rates and repeat bookings
