We are seeking a Sports Coordinator to join our Sport Department and support the Director of Sport in the administration and delivery of the full range of sports programs at Ravenswood School for Girls. In this role, you will also be the Head Coach of Tennis and be responsible for the organisation, promotion and implementation of the school sports programs which includes the Tennis Program including coaching (squads & private lessons), administration, team selection, school championship, training and competition management.  

This position is expected to commence in Term 2 2026 or as soon as possible. 

You will also assist with the planning and delivery of House sport carnivals and contribute to day-to-day administrative tasks. The successful applicant will work closely with PDHPE and Sport staff and liaise regularly with students and parents to ensure the smooth running of our sports programs. 

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in sports management, sports science, human movement, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training 
• Experience working in sport 
• Current First Aid Certificate and CPR 
• Current driver’s licence 
• Demonstrated experience in planning and implementing programs, including budget management
• Demonstrated experience in staff management 
• Tennis Coaching Experience 
• TA Club Professional Qualification or Higher (preferred)
