FCX is expanding and we’re seeking an experienced Senior Tennis Coach to join our team in a full-time leadership role. This position is ideal for a coach who not only loves coaching, but is also interested in management, leadership, and the business side of tennis.

About the Role
As a Senior Coach, you will play a central role in both on-court delivery and off-court leadership, including:
- Delivering high-quality coaching programs across all ages and standards
- Leading and mentoring junior and casual coaches
- Supporting program planning, scheduling, and pathway development
- Contributing to the growth and direction of FCX tennis programs
- Being part of the leadership team, with opportunities to take on greater responsibility over time
- Representing FCX with professionalism and strong community engagement
This role is full-time (38+ hours per week) and offers long-term stability, growth, and progression.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- TA Club Professional qualification or higher (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years coaching experience across multiple levels
- Experience working within a coaching team
- Strong organisational and planning skills
