Your Role as a Senior Duty Officer

As the Senior Duty Officer, you will lead, coordinate, and inspire teams across three Leisure Centre locations, ensuring that daily operations not only run smoothly but also create memorable experiences for our customers. With a focus on membership services, you will implement innovative sales and retention strategies, oversee event functions, and manage retail merchandise - all while cultivating a team-oriented atmosphere.

Your expertise will guide your team in providing outstanding customer service, ensuring every interaction meets and exceeds expectations. You will also play a crucial role in managing financial operations, coordinating bookings, and streamlining processes to maximise efficiency.
