How you can play a part

Reporting to the Membership Sales Manager and working within the Clubs Membership & Ticketing Team, the purpose of the Membership Officer is to provide outstanding Member experience through:

• Answering and directing incoming & outgoing calls and emails, striving to provide exceptional customer service above member expectations
• Managing Member enquiries while bringing a sales focus to each interaction
• Proactively pursuing sales & upgrade opportunities
• Processing new memberships
• Ensuring accurate and detailed record keeping of all customer interactions
• Confidently communicate and maintain a high level of product knowledge
• Effectively overcome objections using clear communication and solution-focused strategies
• Updating and maintaining databases
• Meeting individual and team KPI’s
• Additional ad hoc tasks as required

To be considered

To be considered for this opportunity you will have

• Strong written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a similar role (customer service & sales)
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• High levels of attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
• A passion for customer service with the ability to navigate challenging conversations and support Members from a wide-ranging demographic
• Ability to meet performance targets in a faced paced, challenging environment
