About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Recreation Management division and play a key role in positioning Five Dock Leisure Centre, Concord Oval Recreation Centre, and Rhodes Recreation Centre as leading providers of health, leisure, and recreation services.

As the Business & Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning and delivery of innovative marketing and communication initiatives across multiple venues. You will coordinate a diverse range of campaigns and activities under the FDLC, CORC, RRC, and City of Canada Bay Council brands, managing concurrent marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and communication channels to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and reputation.

About the Person

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications (or currently undertaking) in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related discipline, and/or substantial relevant experience
  • Proven experience developing and implementing effective marketing and communication strategies
  • Strong attention to detail and high-level computer literacy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience with social media platforms and back-end management systems

We are offering a total remuneration from $98,190 to $112,919 annual salary plus super.
