Gymnastics Australia’s Membership Services Team is entering an exciting phase of growth, with a bold ambition to significantly increase participation and strengthen the capability of coaches and judges nationwide. To support this vision we are recruiting a Head of Workforce Development.
This role is central to delivering the high-quality education, accreditation and professional development programs that clubs, coaches and judges across Australia rely on every day. The Head of Workforce Development provides strategic leadership for the design, delivery and continuous evolution of Gymnastics Australia’s national education, accreditation and professional development frameworks. This role ensures a contemporary, high-quality workforce system that supports coaches, judges, administrators and volunteers to thrive and deliver safe, positive gymnastics experiences across Australia.

Location and Working Style
We have a strong preference for Melbourne-based candidates to support in-person collaboration at our national head office and to work closely with our fantastic team. Outstanding remote candidates will be considered, provided they can demonstrate the ability to:
