Urban Rec Perth is on the hunt for a Sports League Supervisor to be the friendly face, hype crew and organiser-in-chief across our social sports leagues.
You’ll be the go-to legend on the ground, bouncing between games, supporting refs, chatting with captains and making sure everyone’s having a great time. If you’re social, organised, energetic and love creating good vibes, this one’s for you.
About the Role
You’ll be right in the thick of it, helping our leagues run smoothly and feel amazing by:
- Building and managing your own casual referee team
- Training new referees and setting them up for success
- Delivering and collecting equipment and prizes
- Keeping track of missing equipment
- Making sure waivers are signed and teams are correctly rostered
- Sharing Urban Rec events, perks, discounts and policies with players
- Hosting season openers, presentation nights and activation weeks
- Creating fun, welcoming experiences for teams and captains
- Building genuine relationships with players and league communities
- Uploading quality content to our social media channels
- Attending meetings and working closely with the League Manager
You’ll be moving from sport to sport on your shift, adding energy, solving problems and making sure everyone leaves with a smile.
About You
You’re someone who:
- Loves sport, events and social environments
- Is confident speaking to groups and meeting new people
- Is organised, reliable and always on time
- Can think on your feet and handle the odd complaint calmly
- Has a car and licence to travel between venues
- Is available to work evenings Monday to Thursday
- Enjoys being active and on the move
Hours & Pay
- Mondays and Thursdays, approx. 5:30pm-9:00pm
- Perfect for uni students or anyone topping up full-time work
