How you can play a part

As part of the Brisbane Broncos Finance Team, the Accounts Assistant provides day to day support across accounts payable, accounts receivable and general finance operations. This role is critical to ensuring transactions are processed accurately, on time and in line with company standards

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Assisting with expense claims and credit card reconciliations
  • Responding to internal and external finance queries in a timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting ad hoc finance tasks as required

To be considered

To be considered for this opportunity you will have

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated experience in finance or accounts role
  • Practice experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Sound understanding of GST and invoice coding
  • Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel and confidence working with finance systems
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • A reliable, team focused approach with strong communication skills
