About the role
The Coach Membership Administrator will provide administrator support across the key functions of the coach member and program services team; including member processing, reporting and policy maintenance. Integral to this role will be providing 1-1 support for coaches in accessing and utilising member benefits and services. You will also use your excellent interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
This is a causal position, working approximately 30 hours per week.
In this role you will;
- Process memberships and registrations in a timely manner
- Ensure all processed memberships meet business and legislation requirements
- Provide excellent customer support to current and prospective coach members
- Provide 1-1 support for coaches in accessing and utilising member benefits (including online training for various tools)
- Act as a point of contact for the Customer Support Team
- Support with delivery of the coach communications strategy, including assistance with various marketing campaigns/projects
- Work closely with the broader coach team to deliver on key operational objectives
About you
What you will bring to the role:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Strong administration skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Experience in executing communication/marketing campaigns
- Tertiary qualification in sport/business management/marketing or related area is desirable
- Alignment with the TA Values of: Excellence, Humility, Loyalty and Teamwork
- You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
